What Parents Say About PALS

PALS have been looking after my child since they first opened their childcare facility at our Primary school. They are a very friendly team and provide great customer service. It is easy to book sessions and make changes if need be. They have fun activities every day and themed days too which my son loves. He has healthy food at snack times which is reassuring to me and enjoys his time at after school club.

Parent

Our daughter loves going to after school club at St James The Less, so much so she wants to go when we don’t even need the service some weeks! Elle and the team always respond quickly to any emails sent when help is needed with iPal.

Parent

My son attends the after school club each week at St Francis, Blackburn. Elle and team are both fantastic with my son (and all of the other children)! The activities are well planned and keep the children entertained. They always try and do themed evenings such as movie night, which are usually a great success. Some weeks my son doesn’t even need to attend the after school club but he insists on going he has that much fun! Thanks for your dedication and hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Parent

My daughter thoroughly enjoys PALS before and after school club. She has built a fantastic rapport with the coaches and it brings me great reassurance to know that she is happy and comfortable in the setting. The booking process is super easy and enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all of the team.

Parent

My child loves attending PALS because the teachers are always positive and helpful. This has been the case since September, he instantly felt comfortable around them. The staff take a genuine interest in the children and have their best interests in mind. I feel comfortable leaving Leo to have fun with you guys whilst I’m at work as I know he’s in safe hands and the sessions are always organised filled with fun activities to do! Thanks for all that you do!
