Our community projects are designed to create opportunities for people of all ages to connect, stay active, and improve their wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment.
We believe that strong communities are built through inclusion, friendship, and shared experiences. Through our programmes, we aim to reduce isolation, promote positive lifestyles, and provide spaces where people can feel supported and valued.

Ages 11–18
We deliver youth club style sessions that provide young people with a safe place to socialise, make new friends and stay active. These sessions focus on fun physical activities, teamwork, and wellbeing, helping young people develop confidence while keeping them positively engaged within their community.

Ages 55+
Our programmes for adults aged 55 and over focus on promoting physical activity while creating opportunities to build friendships and social connections. These sessions help participants stay active, improve mobility, and maintain a positive sense of wellbeing.

Ages 65+
Delivered within care homes and supported living settings, our sit down sports sessions are designed for senior citizens. These engaging activities help stimulate memory, improve movement, and encourage positive mindsets while providing a fun and social experience.
Through all of our community initiatives, PALS aims to create a sense of belonging and ensure that everyone, regardless of age or ability has the opportunity to be active, connected, and part of their community.
